Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.

Dr. Nicola Gadaleta (* 1993 in Molfetta, Apulia) studied Modern Philology at the Catholic University in Milan. He is Scientific collaborator in Medieval History at the University "Aldo Moro" in Bari and Ordinary assistant at the Chair of Antique and Medieval Church History at the Lateran University in Rome.
