Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

Together with Prof. Dr. Peter Bruns and the Research Centre for the Christian Orient at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, the RIGG is organising the conference "Dying & Killing for God? Martyrdom in Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages".
