Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

In January 2020, the RIGG, together with representatives of the Institute for German Culture and History of Southeast Europe (IKGS), organised the international conference "Between Crowns and Nations: The Central European Priests' Colleges in Rome from the Risorgimento to the Second World War".
