The Institute

Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

The Pontifical Priestly College at Campo Santo Teutonico is celebrating its 150th anniversary from 2 to 4 October with a large gathering of former students, as has always been the custom on such occasions. Rector Prelate Dr Peter Klasvogt will welcome the guests with discussions, presentations, receptions and an excursion to Castelgandolfo. The Roman Institute is contributing an extensive commemorative publication entitled “Das Deutsche Kolleg im Vatikan” (The German College in the Vatican). The celebrations will culminate in a festive Mass on 4 October at 10.00 am, to which everyone is warmly invited.
