The Institute

Founded in 1888, the Roman Institute of the Görres Society (RIGG) is the well-known academic centre and foreign institute of the Bonn-based Görres Society.
Donations And Foundation

Katholisch.de has compiled a list of places where Pope Benedict XVI is commemorated. In addition to the Regensburg Institute, the birthplace in Marktl, and the residence in Pentling, the Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI Study Library at Campo Santo Teutonico, which belongs to the College of Priests but is looked after by the RIGG, is also presented.
