Lea Amodio (Naples, 2004) attended classical high school and is currently studying philosophy at the Lateran University (with a thesis entitled ‘Time, Love and Knowledge in Joseph Ratzinger’). She is also completing a master's degree in the preservation, protection and enhancement of analogue and digital archives at Roma Tre University.

Her book Madri d'Europa – viaggio nell'anima e nel tempo di dieci regine madri (Mothers of Europe – a journey through the soul and time of ten queen mothers) was awarded the Premio degli Ambasciatori presso la Santa Sede (Ambassadors' Prize at the Holy See). She focuses on the 19th century, the Habsburgs and the life of Elisabeth of Bavaria, and promotes topics from literature, theatre, cinema and art through articles, events, radio, podcasts and the internet. She supervises publications and cultural projects and coordinates the cultural department of Giovani Universitari in Parlamento (GUP). She recently launched the interdisciplinary, international publishing project ‘Ratzinger Class’.
